Everything was perfect! From the ordering process to the installation. My only concern is something about the hair caused my client to have a breakout on the top of his ears? I would highly recommend washing the hair before using! Other than that, the product was flawless!!!

I absolutely loved the hair, best hands down that I have worked with As a cosmetologist, easy to install and absolutely beautiful hair and quality locs , wished that communication was better with the seller , I needed to switch lengths after ordering however it was less than an hour after order was placed and seller basically said no order had been shipped , until I told them I would cancel order with PayPal , she then corrected the issue , i honestly think that they are very busy and I understand from a business perspective but for future orders especially an almost $700 purchase a little customer service goes a long way.
These are great !! They suit me so well. Only thing is I wish they were more softer, they are still stiff even after two washes. Be aware, I washed them just before I put them on and the colour kind of faded. So they ain’t really black as my hair is really black. They fade into a lighter black/brown. I re-dyed them after installing and they are perfect !
