As a professional loctician, the quality of the locs are good. I ordered a month ago for a client, shipping was fast, customer service was good. The only issue I had was there was a smell, almost a chemical smell, the typical “hair” smell when you’re getting braids/twist/etc. done. I didn’t soak or wash before installing in my clients hair but I will future wise. The locs were beautiful crafted but stiff. I was still able to style with no issues. Her post month appointment, we shampooed and the smell was still there after the shampoo and the stiffness was still present after the shampoo. I’m hoping as time pass, the smell and stiffness will go away and they will soften up. However, despite all that, they look 100% natural.
I received the hair in a nice package in a timely manner. Each bundle was labeled with hair color type and size. Each package had the correct amount of strands. My loctitian commented that the hair was a good match for my hair and it infused with my hair well. She origally said I would probably need 90 - 100 stands but I only needed about 70. The hair was a little larger then I expected. I would have probably dropped down to 4cm. So far on my loc journey I am pleased. The hair is stiff, like when you first get braids, but loctitian confirmed it would relax and become more pliable over the next week or so. I would purchase again.

The hair was good quality and installed easily but was extremely dirty and had a lot of buildup. I had to wash and boil it 3 times to get it completely clean. It was able to be bleached and burned with white smoke and ash. Overall I am happy but think people should know to wash the hair before installing.
