I ordered 80 of the 0.6cm locs. They arrived within a week and a half, and the quality of them was very nice. I noticed that I should've sized up to 0.8cm. The return and exchange process was smooth. The customer service rep was prompt with their replies and did not mind driving to the post office (because I requested a signature to make sure they got it) to retrieve the order I returned. My new locs arrived within a week.
The hair came fast, had no smell. I installed them myself and i did a burn test; it’s definitely human hair for anybody that’s skeptical. I washed/detox it before installing and it stayed intact and took the products well. Highly recommend this hair
It is only right to write a review!! This hair exceeded my expectations. I installed them and my whole family cannot tell they are extensions at all! It blends soooo well with my 4C hair. I've convinced some family members to get extensions from this shop. That's how obsessed they are They cannot stop talking about how good they look This is my hair permanently I've had locs naturally in the past and these locs look just like my other ones Beautiful 😍 Thank you sooooo much
I have no negative feedback. The shipping was incredibly fast (I think I got it 5 days after ordering) and I did not have to pay any customs fees (Based in NYC if that helps anyone) The only note my stylist made was that the tops where the hair is meant to be blended is really thick - but I have more fine hair so it may not be an issue for everyone - and she was able to trim them. They matched my locs in texture and shape really well - I had 2 strand twists that were about 6 months old prior to installing the extensions. I will definitely recommend this shop/product to anyone consisdering extensions.
